The University of Westminster, in partnership with the McPin Foundation, are looking to carry out a research project on the impact that the development of community gardens can have on the mental health of girls aged 11 – 18 years old. To support this work, they are organising an initial x2 hour workshop at Living Under One Sun (LUOS) in Down Lane Park from 3.45 – 5.45 this Friday (27 th September). Up to 10 girls aged 11 – 18 years can take part and they will each receive £20 e-gift vouchers as a thank you.

Fundraiser for Medical Aid in Gaza
Please join us for a local humanitarian fundraising night of live music, DJs and discussion to raise funds for MAP (Medical Aid for Palestinians), in solidarity with residents caught in the war in Gaza. The night will host musicians from Palestine, Syria, Australia and the UK.
The event will run from 18:00-23:30 and there will be food and drink for sale.
£10 suggested donation. Cash or card on the door.
